About me
I’m Bryan Roseveare, an aviation leader dedicated to advancing the next generation of pilot training through innovation, discipline, and continuous improvement.
For over two decades, aviation has been at the centre of my life from flying the Douglas DC-9 alongside my dad to leading simulator training and course development at Simaero Johannesburg. As Training Manager, I oversee a team focused on precision, compliance, and results. I’ve implemented digital training platforms and automated systems that make airline training more scalable, effective, and resilient.
In 2019, I launched Sim Trainer One, a global learning platform that has delivered more than 3,500 courses to airline pilots worldwide, integrating real-world experience with adaptive learning technology.
Outside the simulator, I host the Bryan Air Podcast — a leading aviation podcast with over 250 episodes where we explore the stories, challenges, and mindset shifts shaping the future of flight.
My work is driven by a simple principle: excellence through continuous improvement. I believe the future of aviation training will be digital, AI-enhanced, and deeply human. My mission is to prepare pilots and leaders to thrive in that environment.
